This site is operated by Argentix LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, doing business as Surgncy ("we", "us", "our"). We keep this simple: we collect only what we need to respond to you and provide our services, and we never sell your information. If you have a privacy question, just ask. We are happy to answer.
Quote and contact forms: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and your message. Chat assistant: the messages you send it, including any contact details you choose to share. Site analytics: pages visited, general device and browser information, and approximate location derived from your IP address. We also record how the site is used, including clicks, taps, scrolling, and which buttons and links are chosen, so we can see what works and make the site better. This never captures what you type into form fields. If you become a client, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
To respond to your inquiries, provide a quote, deliver our services, handle billing, and improve the site. We do not sell your information or use it for cross-site advertising.
We text people who have given us their mobile number and agreed to hear from us that way. What we send depends on why you gave us the number, and can include a link you asked for, updates on work we are doing for you, scheduling, appointment or billing notices, replies to messages you send us, and other messages relating to our services. Message frequency varies. We do not text people who have not agreed to hear from us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help.
We use your mobile number to send the messages you agreed to and to reply to you. Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
The chat on this site is an AI assistant, not a human. Your chat messages are processed by Anthropic, the AI provider that powers it, to generate responses, and we may review conversations to improve the assistant and troubleshoot problems. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in the chat.
Trusted service providers process information on our behalf: Vercel (website hosting and analytics), PostHog (site analytics and usage measurement, stored in the United States), Resend (delivers form submissions to our inbox by email), Twilio (delivers the text messages described above), Anthropic (powers the chat assistant), and Stripe (payment processing for clients). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. None of them use this site to track you across the web.
If you want to review, correct, update, or delete the information we have about you, email us at team@surgncy.com and we will take care of it. The same address works for any question about this policy. And because we never sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of.
Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. We do not respond to it, because there is nothing to turn off: we do not track you across other sites or sell your data, with or without the signal.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. The site runs on HTTPS everywhere and we follow modern security practices. No system is perfect, but we take protecting your information seriously.
Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy, we will post the update here with a new effective date. The date at the top always tells you when it last changed.
