Data Deletion

This site is operated by Argentix LLC, a Nevada limited liability company, doing business as Surgncy. If you want the information we hold about you deleted, this page tells you exactly how to ask and what happens next.

How to request deletion

Email team@surgncy.com with the subject line "Delete my data" from the email address you used with us, or include the phone number or business name we would know you by. That is the whole process. No account, no form, no hoops.

What we delete

Everything we hold that identifies you: contact details from quote and contact forms, chat assistant conversations, text message history, and any social media data our tools accessed on your behalf if you connected an account with us. If you are a client with connected social or advertising accounts, disconnecting them also cuts off our access, and you can ask us to remove anything already collected.

Timing and confirmation

We confirm your request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days. When it is done, we tell you. The only records we keep are ones the law requires us to keep, such as billing records, and those are deleted when the required period ends.
