1. A request on the website

The customer types their mobile number into the request form on GraffitiGone Pros's website. Under the phone field the form carries this line, word for word:

"By giving your number you agree to one text from GraffitiGone Pros confirming we got your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

The submission, its time, and the number entered are the record of consent. One text is sent:

"Hi Jamie, this is GraffitiGone Pros. We got your request and will reach out shortly. Questions? Call or text (702) 415-5501. Reply STOP to opt out."

2. A missed call

When a customer calls GraffitiGone Pros's published number, (702) 415-5501, and the call is not answered, the texting line sends that caller one text saying the call was missed and how to reach the business. The inbound call from that number is the record. One text is sent:

"Hi, this is GraffitiGone Pros. Sorry we missed your call. We'll call you back shortly. Need something sooner? Reply here. Reply STOP to opt out."

3. A completed job

Customers give GraffitiGone Pros their mobile number when they book or at the job. Every estimate, invoice, and booking form the business issues carries this line, word for word:

"GraffitiGone Pros may send you one text or email after the job asking for a review. Reply STOP to opt out."

Before leaving the job, staff also say:

"We'll text you a link to leave us a review. Reply STOP if you'd rather not get it."

The customer's number, the job date, and the document carrying the consent line are kept as the record of consent. One text is sent after the job:

"Hi Jamie, thanks for choosing GraffitiGone Pros! A quick Google review would mean a lot: https://surgncy.com/rv/sample Reply STOP to opt out."

If the link is not opened, one email follow-up may go out instead of a second text. Providing a number is always optional and never a condition of service. No marketing, no promotions, no bulk messages.

Confirmation, help, and opt-out replies

Reply START and you receive:

"GraffitiGone Pros: You are opted in to texts from GraffitiGone Pros. Up to 2 messages per request or job and no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out."

Reply HELP to any message and you receive:

"GraffitiGone Pros: For help, email graffitigonepros@gmail.com or call (702) 415-5501. Up to 2 messages per request or job and no more than 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

Reply STOP to any message and you receive one final confirmation, then nothing further:

"GraffitiGone Pros: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe."

Privacy

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to send the messages described on this page and are handled for GraffitiGone Pros by Surgncy under Surgncy's Privacy Policy and GraffitiGone Pros's own Privacy Policy.
